FLOWER CUPCAKES! 1⃣ Bake some cupcakes and set them aside to cool. 2⃣ Using kitchen shears, cut mini marshmallows in half diagonally. Put them in a bag with colored sugar and shake. It will only stick to the cut sides! 3⃣ Frost your cupcakes. 4⃣ Stick your “petals” into the frosting. YAY! 🌸
